Utah Cops Arrest Naked Man in Frontier Town

Our first post! And how typical: this guy is drunk AND naked. Here's more from The Daily Times:

Deputies responded to the Berlin campground on July 27 at 2:41 a.m. in reference to a naked, disorderly man standing in the roadway.
At the scene, authorities observed an intoxicated man, later identified as Patrick Hatcher of West Valley, Utah, standing in the roadway with nothing on but a pair of shoes.
After a crowd gathered, police ordered he put his clothes back on, but the man refused, resisted police advances and eventually succumbed without incident, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.
Deputies charged Hatcher with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
