Boy, 15, in Private School Expelled for Sharing Topless Picture of Classmate - Pierre Steel

If you were 15 and got your hands on a topless picture of one of your female classmates, what would you do with it? Your adult self might say one thing, but what would your 15-year-old self say? Probably the same thing this kid who attended Loyola Academy in Illinois, and it got him kicked out of school. Here's more from NBC 5:

A varsity high school football player at Loyola Academy who showed a picture of a topless female student to several teammates has been kicked out of school.
His father rejects the punishment, meted out last month, as unfair and is preparing a lawsuit. A rally to support 15-year-old Pierre Steel, spearheaded by the Millions More Movement and the Nation of Islam, is scheduled for Thursday afternoon at the school's Wilmette campus.
They just jumped the gun to keep up their North Shore image," said the boy's father, Ray Washington. "Pierre was wrong, most definitely, but not expulsion wrong."
Washington said race played a role in his son's punishment, a charge Loyola denies. Pierre is black. The girl and other students involved are white.
"Loyola Academy bases its disciplinary measures upon the extent of misconduct and not on any other factor, including race," the school said in a statement. v Washington said Pierre and the girl, who Pierre said had been his girlfriend for several months, were at the home of a third student on Saturday, Sept. 8. The girl took off her shirt, posed and Pierre snapped a picture on his camera phone, Washington said. On Sunday, Pierre showed the picture to a few football players on the school's football field.
By Monday, Pierre's parents were called to the school. Washington said the school told Pierre to turn in his football jersey and empty his locker. Then, they forced his parents to withdraw Pierre, despite Washington's repeated requests for a hearing, he said.
A Loyola official said Pierre was asked to withdraw and his parents agreed. The Loyola official also said the girl didn't consent to the picture. A call to her home was not returned.

Officer Sherilyn Redmon of the Spokane Police Department says that she dropped her car off at Spokane Chrysler in the Valley to get it fixed.
However, while the car was at the shop, Spokane Police say an employee got into the officer’s car and drove it away. The unusual part is that the thief was driving the car naked.
A woman who was being followed by the man in the stolen car, called police to say the she was being followed by a naked man who was masturbating. She was able to write down the license plate number of the vehicle and the police were able to determine that it belonged to a member of their force.
Bradley Keegan of Rathdrum drove the officer’s car for about 16 miles before police were able to stop him. He was arrested on the scene and charged with the felony of taking a car without permission, and one misdemeanor count of lewd conduct.

We didn't have this story when it first broke, but we do have the latest on the story about an Ohio state rep who was supposed to be entertaining school children by showing them how a bill becomes law. Instead, they got a peak at a topless woman and we're sure that the boobies left more of an impression than anything else in the presentation. Now cops say it was the legislator's child who put the naked image on the memory stick that ultimately was shown to the kids. Here's more from WDTN:

State investigators have determined that a child of a state legislator had a role in that surprise image of a topless woman that popped up when his father was speaking to a high school government class.
A House Democratic staffer says preliminary results of a State Highway Patrol investigation found that a child of Representative Matthew Barrett downloaded the image. The staffer spoke on condition of anonymity because the probe is ongoing.
The image of a topless woman was projected after Barrett inserted a data memory stick into the computer for a lecture in Norwalk on how a bill becomes a law.

A naked tailor allegedly found inside actor Nicolas Cage's Newport Beach home has pleaded not guilty to felony burglary. Police said Cage discovered Robert Dennis Furo, 45, of San Pedro in a bathroom doorway at 1:30 a.m. Monday, wearing only a leather jacket belonging to the actor.
Police said Furo removed the jacket and Cage escorted him outside, where he was arrested. Lt. Craig Fox of the Newport Beach Police Department said Cage did not know Furo, who was not carrying a weapon. "There was no assault to Mr. Cage," and the suspect "didn't resist him or the officers," Fox said. "We know of no possible motive."

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are reportedly "embarrassed and angry" after learning that candid camera phone snapshots are circulating in cyberspace.
The photos, taken on a phone Kutcher lost during a trip to Spain in April, include nude shots of Moore posing on a bed, according to US tabloid the National Enquirer.
Reports suggest the man who found the phone in the back of a taxi is now offering the snapshots to sleazy websites - for $1m (€722,000).
A source tells the Enquirer, "In some of the 35 pictures, Demi lies sprawled naked on a bed with a light and dark red-patterned pillow propping her lower back.
The source adds: "People started calling the phone, asking for Ashton. Finally Ashton decided to ring it and spoke to the guy. He demanded that the guy give it back but the man switched the phone off.
"When Demi and Ashton got word that someone had their racy pictures, they freaked out."
