Man Sues McDonalds Over Nude Pictures of His Wife on Cell Phone - Tina Sherman

Say what? Wow! That's some great new Happy Meal toy!
Okay, apparently what happened is Phillip Sherman of Arkansas accidentally left his cell phone behind at a McDonald's restaurant. He called the store and asked that the phone be secured. But, somehow the naked pictures of his wife--Tina Sherman--that were on it got downloaded instead (oops!) and ended up the Internet. So, now Mr. Sherman is suing McDonald's Corp., the franchise owner and the store manager for $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and . . . the cost of having to move to a new home? Not sure I get that part, unless Mrs. Sherman was quite ugly.
