Two Jacksonville High School students were arrested after a streaking incident during Thursday night's graduation ceremony. Andrew Roulund, 17, of Fairfax Circle, was charged by the Jacksonville Police Department with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, resisting a public officer and underage consumption of alcohol.
Roulund is accused of exposing his private parts by "running nude in public at the Jacksonville High School graduation" and running from police officers when they told him to stop, according to warrants. Carter Ryan Manley, 17, of Winchester Road, was charged with aiding and abetting Roulund for carrying his clothes for him while he ran naked, according to warrants.
