Hacker Claims He Has Miley Cyrus Nude Photos: Releases Wet T-Shirt Pic

Miley Cyrus in trouble for naughty pictures AGAIN? Something makes me think this kid is either really, really stupid or wants to get caught to propel her career past the one she has now where all her fans are under 12. You would have thought after getting caught the first two or three times that she'd make sure all cameras were kept away from her, but no, it appears she continues to take candid photos many trying to make herself appear sexy . . . at 15. The latest? A series of pics that a hacker named TrainReq claims to have stolen from her cell phone. Here's more from TheImproper:

An individual who calls himself TrainReq claims he has hacked into Miley Cyrus' e-mail account and has nude pictures of the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star.
TrainReq further claims he has been reading Miley's email for some time and that he has copies of emails Miley sent to her purported ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, 14 (of the pop-rock band The Jonas Brothers) dishing about their sex life. For the record, both teen stars have claimed they are still virgins.
The hacker indicates he may sell the nude Miley Cyrus photos soon (note to TrainReq: This is ill-advised, since Miley is a minor, which makes selling nude pix of her a federal offense).
Below is a note TrainReq recently posted on a message board:
"I have worse pictures than these, and those are prob getting sold. I saw a lot of juicy emails, but I never thought of saving them.. now I kick myself for not.. there where so many juicy emails that I read... ones with her talking to nick about the night they f*cked, etc."

Cops Taser Naked Man With Gun After He Kicks Paramedic in Head

Just another Saturday night in Guernville, California: a crashed pick-up truck, a naked, bleeding man with a gun and cops with tasers. Too bad there's no video of this one, sounds like fun. Here's more from the San Jose Mercury News:

Just before 8 a.m. units from the Russian River Fire Protection District were dispatched to render medical aid on Guerne Way, according to the sheriff's office.
Units arrived to find 55-year-old resident Jose Alvarez standing naked in the driveway, bleeding profusely from a wound on his wrist. He reached into the bed of his nearby pickup truck and pointed a handgun at the paramedics, who quickly left the immediate area.
Sheriff's deputies arrived shortly after and found Alvarez sitting spread-legged in the driveway with his hands in the air. After ignoring orders from the deputies to lie still, he was Tased as he tried to get to a nearby ice chest. Alvarez kicked one paramedic in the head before he was restrained and transported to the hospital for treatment to his injuries and a mental health evaluation, according to the sheriff's office.
A witness told deputies that Alvarez crashed his truck into a retaining wall hear his home and stripped off his clothes while trying to extricate himself from the vehicle.
