We got us a two time winner here! This broad had earlier been busted by the cops for allegedly allowing her 12-year-old daughter and her friends to get booze and have sex at her home. The Bossier City woman arrested this past weekend for riding topless in a boat on the Red River was arrested earlier this year on charges she let her 12-year-old daughter and some friends drink and engage in sexual activity during sleepovers at her house. Bossier Parish sheriff's deputies said Christie Hemler Semeraro, 37, of Bradley Road was riding in a boat with six other people south of the Jimmie Davis Bridge. People on the river and a beach got an eyeful, deputies said. Semeraro was arrested for obscenity.
Semeraro said someone in her group slipped her something that might have gotten her drunk. She said she would never intentionally expose herself. In January, Semeraro was arrested by sheriff's deputies after they got a complaint from a parent that 12- and 13-year-olds drank and engaged in sexual activity at Semeraro's home and that she was there and condoned it.
Semeraro said she was asleep and did not know what the children were doing. She also blamed the investigation on a custody dispute over her child and said the allegations stem from a night her daughter had friends over for a sleepover and they snuck boys into the house. Bossier sheriff's investigators said Semeraro's house had a reputation as "the place to be."
