Girl, 13, Arrested for Using Cell Phone to Send Nude Pictures of Herself to Boy

Another month, another underage girl sending naked or semi-naked pictures of herself to someone. But this time the little one got arrested for it. Here's more from NWF Daily News:

A 13-year-old girl faces felony charges for sending nude and semi-nude photos of herself to the cell phone of a male acquaintance. The teen, a student at Holley-Navarre Middle School, was charged with distributing obscene material to a minor and transmission of material harmful to a minor via electronic transmission. Both charges are third degree felonies. She was arrested Dec. 12 after a "search" of the young man's cell phone, according to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office incident report.

The search turned up nothing, the report said, because the photos, "approximately five ... in total" had been deleted by the recipient at his father's request.
