Guy Meets Girl, 12, on MySpace, Ends Up Naked in Her Bedroom

Think this guy will try to claim that he didn't know this girl was 12?
Police said a man was found naked in the bedroom of a 12-year-old girl he met on MySpace last month. Barrington Smith Jr. was arrested after the girl's cousin found them both naked in her bedroom, Port St. Lucie police said. He jumped out the window but was later apprehended, police said. The girl initially told investigators an unknown man forced his way inside her bedroom and raped her.
