Pretty typical story: underage girl takes naked pictures of herself, posts them to her MySpace page. The big difference here? She posted nearly 30 of them, so likely claiming it was accidental is not going to work with the judge.

Authorities say a 14-year-old girl in New Jersey faces child pornography charges after she posted nearly 30 nude pictures of herself on MySpace. The Passaic County Sheriffs Department's Internet Crimes Unit conducted a month-long investigation and discovered the Clifton resident had posted the photos of herself.

Any of her cyber friends or anyone who knew her full name could have accessed the images. The teen is charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography. She was released to her mother's custody.

A Colorado man returned to his apartment last week to find a naked couple sleeping in his bed. The suspects were booked into the Grand County Jail and charged with 1st degree criminal trespassing, a class 5 felony, according to a Fraser-Winter Park Police report.

Rowland Schwenker told police he left his apartment on Tuesday afternoon, March 17, St. Patrick's Day. He returned about 3 a.m. Wednesday, finding his bedroom door slightly ajar. This made him suspicious, as he was sure he had closed it, the Sky-Hi Daily News reported. Upon entering the room and turning on the light, he saw a couple sleeping naked on his bed. Schwenker identified the couple, Mary H. Dixon and Jared P. Minton.

The police report indicated that the couple appeared intoxicated, which subsequent tests confirmed. It seems they ended up in Schwenker's apartment, next door to Dixon's apartment, because Dixon lost her purse and jacket at the bar, and they were "freezing," according to the Sky-Hi Daily News.
