Man Waves Penis at Neighbor, Urinates on Her Car

There's trouble brewing in tiny White Rock, Cairns, Australia where Stephen Charles Smart, 42 and his neighbor had been having a bit of a dispute over rocks being thrown at his dog. Things came to a head--so to speak--when Smart (who didn't quite live up to his name) did what any man might do while barbecuing in his back yard: he took a leak behind his own bushes.
