Woman Awakes to Find Naked Man on Her Bed

A Youngtown woman awoke early Monday to find a neighbor sitting at the end of her bed with his pants around his ankles, police said. At about 1:50 a.m. Monday, the woman reported that Robert Falcon Jr., 24, had asked her to wake up and get porn DVDs. He was touching himself at the time, she told police.

The woman immediately retrieved her child from another room and called police, said Lt. Duren Robertson, a Youngtown police spokesman. Falcon fled from the woman's home. When officers confronted Falcon later, he gave them a false name, the lieutenant said. Falcon was soon arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing, first-degree public sexual indecent contact and false reporting to law enforcement.
