Teen Hijacks Girl's Facebook Pages, Asks for Naked Pictures as Ransom

Just when you thought you'd heard every way possible that a young man could get his hands on naked pictures of girls, out pops a new and almost ingenious way. We say almost because this dumbass didn't get the pictures and got himself arrested to boot!

A 16-year-old boy from Clackamas County, Ore., is accused of taking over the MySpace and Facebook pages of two young women he knew and promising to return control if they sent him nude pictures of themselves. Oregon police say the boy believed the whole thing was a prank. Authorities said otherwise. The boy could face charges in county juvenile court of computer crime and theft by extortion. "This is the first time we've investigated anything that could actually be called extortion," said Lt. Jeff Lanz of the Oregon State Police. "But there's a lot of harassing behavior through text messaging and posting abusive messages on people's pages."

Police said a man was found naked in the bedroom of a 12-year-old girl he met on MySpace last month. Barrington Smith Jr. was arrested after the girl's cousin found them both naked in her bedroom, Port St. Lucie police said. He jumped out the window but was later apprehended, police said. The girl initially told investigators an unknown man forced his way inside her bedroom and raped her.

Christopher Hoff was late for a dental appointment. But he finally made it — five days later. And naked. According to a Connecticut Post article (picked up by the Associated Press), the 41-year-old resident of Stratford, Conn., turned up at the Optimus Dental office Monday wearing his birthday suit. A female receptionist screamed, Hoff ran away, police were called. Officers went to Hoff's home, where he denied the naked allegation, saying he'd been sleeping all day. Unpersuaded, officers took him to the dentist, and the receptionist identified him. (Unclear whether he was wearing clothes.)
