A man was arrested after walking Denver sidewalks intoxicated and wearing nothing but a state parole ankle bracelet Saturday afternoon, East Cocalico police said. Police said they found Douglas Fehr, 38, in the 500 block of North Seventh Street, wearing only the ankle bracelet, and a sheet provided by a passerby just before they arrived. Fehr, of the 500 block of Hertzog Valley Road, Denver, will be charged with public drunkenness and open lewdness, police said. East Cocalico police had him in custody Saturday night awaiting transport to state prison.
