According to a Marion County sheriff's office report, Dante Krauss was spotted by Capt. Moshoji Rolls driving down Interstate 75 with no clothing on. Rolls told Deputy Christine Post that he followed the motorcyclist and stopped him on State Road 40 in Ocala. According to the report, Krauss told Post that he did not know where he was coming from, but remembered going to Hooters earlier in the evening. When asked, Krauss said he had something to drink that evening. Krauss could not explain his lack of clothing, police said. He failed a field sobriety test, the report said. During a breathalyzer test, he blew a .178 and a .162, the report said. The state's legal limit is .08.
