Looks like this guy had his chance to get away after being caught in a girl's dorm room in nothing but his boxer shorts. Instead, once he was out in the hallway he took off the shorts, battled with campus cops, and eventually started fondling himself while battling with officers. From the looks of his face he needed to be told to "stop doing that!" more than once.
A student woke up to find a stranger with almost no clothes on inside her dorm room at the University of South Florida, early Friday, according to campus police. Police said the woman, who lives in Beta Hall, woke up before 6 a.m. and found 18-year-old Daniel Boliek, a man she does not know, wearing only boxer shorts and touching her roommate's face.
Boliek, who is not a USF student and lives in Coral Springs, ran into the hall, where the woman said she saw him take off his underwear as she watched through her peephole. Police said he used his fingers to make a shooting motion at a female resident assistant, then shoved her backwards.
USF officer Brinton George tried to approach the now-naked Boliek and got sucker punched in the face, police said. George pepper-sprayed Boliek, but it had no effect on him, and he started to fondle himself, according to police. He tried to bolt out of the building, but several officers tackled after he got outside.
