Say What? Nun Sues Over Nude Facebook Photos!

This story makes no sense at all until you find out that it takes place in Italy and that the nude pics were posted on Facebook by the ex-boyfriend of a young woman who didn't want her to become a nun. Yeah, posting those kinds of pics on Facebook will get her running back to you, won't it?

NOVICE nun has been forced to sue her cunning ex-boyfriend after he decided to upload naked pictures of her on Facebook and refused to remove them. The 31-year-old woman who lives in Turin, Italy, said she was devastated when she saw the pictures - taken in 2006 during a holiday in Sicily - on the social networking site.

The man - who said he wanted to stop her becoming a nun - has refused to remove the pictures despite the woman's requests. Now lawyer Anna Orecchioni has taken action and said: "My client doesn't want money, she only wants that he respects her decision to become a nun."

Naked Photos Posted to Woman's Fake Facebook Account

A woman in North Carolina is having a difficult time explaining to friends and family (including her grandmother) why there is a Facebook page in her name (featuring naked pictures of her) that is not hers. And, despite her best efforts trying to get Facebook to remove the unauthorized account, her face--and more--still appear on the popular social networking site. Below is one heck of a cautionary tale.

A duplicated Facebook account is causing a Triad woman a lot of grief. 'Jane', the name we will use to protect her identity, is a happily married mother of two. According to a Facebook account with her name and information, she is single and looking to date.

That's not the only part that has her and her family upset. When "Jane" got the call two weeks ago from her grandmother asking why her Facebook account said she was single, she double checked her account.

What she didn't know was that she was blocked from the account. So what others could see, Jane could not. A friend called her as well, wondering why she was posting nude photos to her page.

"We immediately reported the site because there's not supposed to be any nudity on Facebook. We tried contacting Facebook. I've been emailing Facebook for a week, before this even happened. When you call Facebook, you can't talk to Facebook unless you're law enforcement." She tried to contact law enforcement, but she said when she called she was told there was nothing they could do about it.

"I'm sorry there's not a technical violation of crime here, there's nothing we can do for you," says Greensboro Police Detective J.S. Flinchum.

Driver Stopped for DUI, Passenger Flees Scene Naked to Distract Cops

A passenger in a car police suspect was being driven by an impaired driver tried to distract the officers by taking off his clothes and running down The Kingsway early Friday morning.  Police stopped the driver just after 3 a.m. The naked passenger then got out and began running down The Kingsway, police said. He was quickly apprehended and arrested for public intoxication. The male driver of the vehicle was given a three-day suspension for registering a warning on a roadside breathalyzer.
