A Boise man had a very good excuse for being naked in a parking lot: he was a crime scene investigator. Rose made several confusing statements to officers, including identifying himself as a police employee and crime scene investigator. Officers arrested Rose for public nudity and he was told to put his hands behind his back. He refused and got into a struggle with police. Once in handcuffs, police put a blanket around Rose.
