Police arrested a Minnesota man Saturday on a tentative charge of lewd and lascivious behavior after jumping on a hotel room bed, naked, in front of a window.  The Capital Times reports that Kevin Horner, 25, of Minneapolis drew a crowd of about a dozen bystanders, including a Madison police officer, to watch the show in the second-floor hotel room at University Inn, according to Madison police.  Horner apparently noticed that he was being watched by a police officer, ending the show, after which officers made the arrest
