Drunk, Nakend Man, 65, Tries to Steal Neighbors Dog

What else are you doing to do when you're drunk and naked on a Saturday night in Muncie, Indiana?
A Muncie man is jailed on charges that he twice drunkenly tried to steal his neighbor’s dog while wearing his birthday suit, Muncie's The Star Press reports.  Danny K. Bellomy, 65, allegedly stumbled down the stairs as police investigated his neighbor’s accusations, once again naked.  The newspaper cites court documents saying it was the second time Bellomy tried to snatch the dog in the midst of a drunken, naked scheme.
