But a judge has blocked Tom "Anything for a Buck" Lippolis from making any money from those naughty pics . . . at least for now.We're pretty sure these are not the first, or likely last, naked pics of J-WOWW.
Jersey Shore's Jenni "J-WOWW" Farley has won a legal battle preventing ex-boyfriend Tom Lippolis from releasing nude photos of the enhanced reality star. However, he claims she has not yet won the war.
Earlier this month, Farley filed a court order at Nassau Supreme Court in Long Island, New York to stop the release of photos that were taken by Lippolis before she underwent her second breast augmentation and liposuction.
She claimed that her scorned lover and former manager was trying to "cash-in" on the images which he took while she was under anesthesia, and therefore, unable to consent, reports RadarOnline.
Lippolis claimed that because Farley had told him, pre-fame, that she had thought about posing for Playboy, he should be able to publish the pictures.
Judge Jeffrey S. Brown sided with Farley and blocked the release of the photos.
