It appears Mr. Rack might be doing some sort of unconventional training for the “Naked Monkey Man With an Umbrella Aquathlon”… Or he’s just nuts... or high... or both.
After being repeatedly asked to leave a music festival in Keanae, Hawaii; David Rack continued to show up around the grounds where the festival was being held and even tried to run down two security officers with his vehicle. Eventually, Mr. Rack turned up walking along the shoreline, nude, wearing a monkey mask, and carrying an umbrella. When authorities attempted to apprehend him; he ran, swam out into the ocean, scaled a 40 foot cliff, and fled into the woods… naked. No word on how long he kept the monkey mask on, and I’m pretty sure it’s all but impossible to swim with an umbrella. He was finally arrested hours later on the side of a highway… still naked.
KEANAE - A 30-year-old naked man swam and ran from police officers and firefighters before he was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly trying to run over two security guards at a weekend music festival in Keanae, police said.Officers found his vehicle with no one inside and checked the beach, seeing a man later identified as Rack along the rocky shoreline. He was wearing a monkey mask, carrying a small umbrella and nude, police reported.
