A Muncie man is jailed on charges that he twice drunkenly tried to steal his neighbor’s dog while wearing his birthday suit, Muncie's The Star Press reports. Danny K. Bellomy, 65, allegedly stumbled down the stairs as police investigated his neighbor’s accusations, once again naked.
