Cops Chase Naked Man Onto Golf Course

Even on a golf course, a naked man is likely to stand out . . . depending on the size of his putter, of course.

A nude Tinton Falls man was arrested this morning after police responded to a report of a naked man running on Deputy Minister Drive, police said.  Police received a 911 call at 6:52 a.m. on Wednesday from a caller reporting a man was running around in the nude on Deputy Minister Drive, according to Detective Sgt. Joesph Whitehead.

When police arrived on the scene, a nude Samuel Walls, 19, of Sycamore Avenue in Tinton Falls, was running through a wooded area off Deputy Minister Drive and onto the Due Process Golf Course, Whitehead said.

After a brief foot-chase, Walls was apprehended by Patrolman Morgan Savage and arrested with the assistance of Whitehead on charges of lewdness, resisting arrest and trespassing, Whitehead said.

Couple Arrested for Sex in Public Swimming Pool

The most interesting part of the story? Witnesses at the pool waiting 30 minutes before reporting it to management.

Prosecutors in Connersville, Indiana are deciding if they will prosecute two people after they were caught having sex in a public pool. The incident happened July 17, 2011 just after 6 p.m. at Roberts Park Family Aquatic Center in Connersville, IN. According to witness statements in the police report, there were 20 to 25 witnesses, including children.

According to a police report from the Connersville Police Department, Myron Helms, 39, and Victoria Cross, 40, are accused of having sex in the public swimming pool for about 30 minutes before witnesses complained to the manager.  The police report states that the pool manager approached the couple after several complaints and saw the couple having sex. One adult positioned herself between the couple and children in the pool so they wouldn't see what was going on.
