According to reports, British pop star Katy Perry (I Kissed a Girl) was performing at an AIDS charity concert in Toronto when her halter top strap gave way and the audience got more of a view than they bargained for. Perry quickly recovered and kept on singing. Guess the "show must go on" even if the "top must come off!"

A student club night featuring naked wrestling and topless girls with snakes has sparked outrage in Oxford – and a police probe. Raunchy girls entertained clubbers at the Kukui nightclub with a saucy floor show and a “fetish snake show”.

A police investigation was launched with licensing officials checking whether the venue had breached its operating rules. And the show upset students from Oxford University after being staged just days before the start of its Students Union’s gender equality week. Rachel Cummings, the OUSU Vice President for Women condemned the evening as “hugely inappropriate.” She added: “It is unacceptable for club organisers to use women in this way. Such acts demean women in a city where they have fought for their rights to be taken seriously as intelligent, autonomous individuals.” The event was billed as “one of the naughtiest nights of the year”.

In its advertising, the club told partygoers to adopt a “scary” dress code and prepare for “KY Jelly Wrestling Naked” and “Fetish snake shows involving a 12ft albino python". Miss Lubbock USA's choice of evening wear at a Halloween party caused an Internet uproar, which ended with the pageant winner turning in her tiara Wednesday.

Photographs of Amanda Gass, who won the Miss Lubbock title in March, made the rounds on the Internet showing the 23-year-old wearing shorts and body paint to cover her chest. The pictures, which were featured on the nokturnalbk.com Web site, were taken down Wednesday afternoon.

Nancy Smith, director of the Lubbock pageant, said Gass turned in her crown voluntarily after the pictures surfaced because appearing nude or semi-nude violated the beauty queen's contract. "You're representing your city, and you cannot do anything like that," Smith said. "I was totally shocked."

Along with the loss in title, Gass was forced to return any prizes she won during her tenure as Miss Lubbock, Smith said, including some clothing items, several memberships to local clubs and businesses and at least $1,500 in scholarships.

A former Blaine County woman has been charged with eight crimes—five of them felonies—following alleged altercations on Halloween night at The Mint nightclub in Hailey and later at the Blaine County Jail.

Forty-one-year-old Lori M. Brutsche-Ely, who now lives in Twin Falls, is charged with four felony counts of battery against police officers or jailers, another felony for allegedly destroying jail equipment, and misdemeanor charges of battery, indecent exposure and malicious injury to property.

The case against Brutsche-Ely started on Oct. 31 shortly before midnight when Hailey police were called to The Mint nightclub on Main Street on reports of a woman stealing beer from other patrons, exposing herself to the band, trying to start fights and refusing to leave the establishment.

Hailey officer Shelly Pharis wrote in a probable cause affidavit that when she arrived at the bar she found Brutsche-Ely, completely unclothed, outside and in front of the nightclub yelling at Mint security personnel and patrons who had followed the fracas outside.

Brutsche-Ely was charged with four crimes for things she allegedly did in or outside of the Mint. The misdemeanor indecent exposure charge alleges that Brutsche-Ely illegally exposed her private parts in public, while the misdemeanor battery charge alleges that she kicked Mint security man Mike Kimball in the groin.

Salem High School Girls in Trouble for Naked Cell Phone Pictures

It's happened again! Underage girls taking naked, or nearly naked, pictures of themsleves with their cell phone cameras and then sending to their friends. They think it's a joke, but the cops call it another name: child pornography. Yes, apparently if you ARE underage and take pictures of yourself naked and send them to other underage students you are creating something illegal. This time it is happening at Salem High School in New Hampshire where two freshmen girls, one under 16, are thought to taken the naughty photos and then circulated them. Someone reported it to the school, who called the cops, who then started confiscating phones to try and, uh, "identify" the girls involved. Tough job.

"So far, we've found two girls are involved, but there may be more," Salem police Capt. Shawn Patten said yesterday. "The investigation is in its infancy. We're taking steps to ensure people's privacy, but we're also conducting a criminal investigation." The photos, which were discovered early Wednesday, began circulating among students via cell phone.

Police and the county attorney's office are now investigating whether the distribution of the photographs warrants charging someone with distributing obscene matter, a misdemeanor, or child pornography, a felony, because the girls are minors. Police first learned of the photos Wednesday morning when a student approached a school dean.

"He had received a photograph on his cell phone that had been forwarded by another student," School Superintendent Michael Delahanty said. "It showed a student in a state of undress. It certainly is a picture that was inappropriate." The discovery prompted school administrators to call police, who later discovered a more sexually explicit photo of a second girl another student had. That girl was under the age of 16, which elevated the potential crime, according to Delahanty and police.

County Attorney James Reams met with all Salem High students during four school assemblies yesterday. He explained to them how distributing the photos could break the law and hurt people in ways they might not have considered. Reams said he worries such photos could find their way on to the Internet, where they could be found by child predators.

"I went there to impress on the kids there could be consequences (for) posting photos like that on the Web and how it related to pedophiles. ... I wanted them to understand if you put something on the Internet, it's permanent and you can't get it back," he said. "It can be shared by people and you have no idea who they are."

Delahanty said more students came forward after the forums yesterday to talk about photos they had received. "I would say it could be as many as 25 (students) or as few as 10, but I know as a consequence of today's meeting, more students have come forward," Delahanty said. "Actually, having students coming forward after something like this is exactly what you want to have happen and then you want the behavior to stop."

Most students interviewed yesterday said they had only heard of the photographs because of the school meeting. "I knew you could get into trouble," said Jharid Pratt, 17, of Salem. "But I didn't realize the punishment was so severe." Pratt said the assembly was the first time he heard about the photos.

Joe Albert, 14, said he heard rumors about the photos last week. Other students heard about it yesterday in the hours leading up to the assembly. "I heard people talking about it," said Rob Nee, 18, of Salem. "But I didn't get (the photos) and neither did any of my friends."

Can you hear me now? My guess is that you can SEE me now, especially if my name is Andrew Arnold of Collin County, Texas. Mr. Arnold, according to cops, decided he liked the looks of a cell phone tower in small town of Lowry Crossing, stripped off his clothes and started climbing. For reasons he has yet to explain to authorities, he spent seven hours in the buff on the cellphone tower. About 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said, Collin County sheriff's deputies approached Mr. Arnold after they'd gotten several calls about a man acting strangely.

He ran away from the deputies. Initially, witnesses said, Mr. Arnold was wearing only jeans. But by the time he jumped a fence and climbed 15 feet up the tower, officers said, he had disrobed entirely.

Sheriff's Lt. John Norton said a negotiator was called to the scene, and Mr. Arnold finally agreed to descend shortly before midnight. He was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and fleeing from police.

Canadian HS Girls Streak Football Game, Taunt Opposing Players - Delta Devil Rays

Fans at the all important South Delta Secondary School vs. Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary School high school football game in British Columbia on Tuesday, October 28, (we had tickets, but didn't go) got more than they bargained for. There were rumors that some senior girls from South Delta would streak the game, and sure enough at half time twelve girls--wearing only masks, booty huggin' underwear and strategically placed duct tape or paint across their breasts--ran across the field. In broad daylight!

They stopped briefly to taunt the Lord Tweedsmuir players, shimmying and shaking their bodies and then spraying them with Silly String before dashing off. It may have worked: Delta won 20-14. According to witnesses, some parents and children left the game in disgust after the prank.

Arrests? None so far, and school principal Ted "I'm Warning You" Johnson seems even MORE powerless than his American counterparts. An embarrassed Johnson now admits he warned students last month not to streak at this year's final game of the season but that they, uh, ignored him. But what about now, after they directly went against his orders? According to Johnson, since the incident he has told the girls involved that they will be suspended from school IF they do anything else wrong. Anything ELSE wrong? What more could the possibly do, short of having sex with the football team in the hallways?

Oh, and Johnson also encouraged the streakers to talk to younger students to end the streaking tradition. Oh yeah, with the strong punishment that he handed out, we're sure the message was received loud and clear. Second Naked Underage Cell Phone Pic Discovered in Michigan County - Fowlerville Junior High School

Does this story sound familiar? It did to us and we don't live very far from what has become the epicenter of naughty underage cell phone picture taking in the World: Livingston County, Michigan, just west of Detroit.
Two weeks ago cops started confiscating cell phones of students at Pinckney High School when a 14-year-old girl took a naughty picture of herself and sent it to "three or four friends." By the time school started this young lady had more than 200 "friends" the school district started a massive investigation that has now lead to 10 students being suspended.
Now comes word that another 14-year-old girl at the rural Fowlerville Junior High School (what is it with 14-year-old girls these days?) also took an "inappropriate" picture of herself and forwarded it to a few friends. In the end, the real question is "Who do we blame for this?" The answer, according to the article in the Detroit Free Press: MTV exhibitionist Tila Tequilla!

Fowlerville police are investigating an incident at a junior high where a sexually explicit photo of a 14-year-old female student spread via cell phones throughout the student body. According to the Livingston Daily Press & Argus, the photo, believed to have been forwarded to 200 or more students, shows the girl's genitalia and face and was taken over the summer off school grounds. Police were notified of the pictures this week.

Chief Tom Couling called the picture "inappropriate" Tuesday and said investigators know where it originated. "Technology is improving so quickly and our youth are so computer savvy," Couling said. "They have the ability to share information quickly and sometimes, they do it without thinking it through. Part of our goal as we go through is we want them to think about what they're doing. ... I'm not saying there won't be sanctions down the road. We want not just the kids involved, but everyone, to use this as a learning lesson."

Jean Twenge, author of "Generation Me," points to reality shows and Internet star Tila Tequilla as reasons for this kind of exhibitionism. "Teens are seeing this behavior rewarded; what they don't see, what they're not understanding is in the long run, this kind of behavior is going to get you into a lot of trouble," Twenge, an associate professor of psychology at San Diego State University, said Tuesday.

A naked man found wedged in the chimney of a supermarket in Wigan has been arrested on suspicion of burglary. Police officers discovered him trapped in a chimney breast of a Tesco Express store on Ormskirk Road, Pemberton. Firefighters were called to rescue the man who had become trapped in the chimney as he tried to get out.
Police said that because the man was naked he was taken to hospital as a precaution but was treated and discharged before being arrested. A GMP spokeswoman said: "It is believed some of his clothes came off as a result of him struggling to get out of the chimney."

Girl Passes Around Cell Phone Pic of Her "Vaginal Area", Now Hundreds of High School Students Could Face Charges

This is getting to be an epidemic, isn't it? Just last week we had two stories of underage teens who took naked pictures of themselves and passed them around school. In one case, the girl who took the picture of herself was charged, while in a separate case a 13-year-old boy was arrested for being on the receiving end of the naughty nudie. Now comes word that an entire high school in Michigan could be charged after a 14-year-old girl said she "was clowning around" when she took a picture of herself this summer showing her vaginal area and then sent the pic to three or four friends' cell phones. Mistake! Once school got underway at Pinckney High School (west of Detroit) word of the image spread and it started getting passed around like, well, like a naked picture of an underage girl at a high school. Now Livingston County cops are confiscating cell phones that contained the image and are asking for more kids to turn theirs in. Right.
The most interesting part of the story? The picture also, somehow, showed her face. A contortionist, maybe? Here's more from The Livingston Daily:

The Livingston County Sheriff's Department has confiscated a dozen phones containing the photograph and is asking any students who have the photo to turn in their cellular phones at the school or Sheriff's Department.

Sheriff Bob Bezotte said the 14-year-old girl indicated that she "was clowning around" when she took the picture of herself during the summer showing her vaginal area and sent that photograph to three or four friends' cell phones. That picture — with her face visible — then became a "hot topic" when school started after students learned about its existence and began asking to have it forwarded to their cell phones, Bezotte said. In all, a detective estimates the photograph has been shared with more than 200 other people, the sheriff added.

"There is good reason to believe it's gone beyond Pinckney boundaries," Bezotte said. Superintendent Dan Danosky of Pinckney Community Schools said no students have been suspended as a result of the incident, but that could change once the investigation is completed. "If it was a prank gone awry, that is different than if it was intentional distribution of inappropriate photograph," he said. "We will learn from the Sheriff's (Department) what is the situation and will take action based on that."

Boy, 13, Arrested After Eighth Grade Girl Sends Him Naked Picture From her Cell Phone

No, this is not a repeat. In fact, unlike the earlier case below, this time the underage boy who received the picture was the one arrested, not the girl who sent it. And this time it was a couple of middle school kids, an eighth grade girl and a 13-year-old boy. This appears to be a growing problem and the cops and prosecutors aren't quite sure what to do next. Gotta love some of the quotes by the boy's mom, though. Here's more WFAA TV:

Text messaging has become part of our everyday lives. But at Sanger Middle School, it has become a problem and in some cases, pornographic.

"He doesn't know what a felony means. He doesn't understand what pornography means," said one parent. She is a mother of a 13-year-old boy arrested Monday and suspended from school and spent the night in a juvenile detention center after an eighth grade female student texted him a naked picture of herself.

"He's a 13-year-old child. He's in middle school. He's supposed to be out there having fun, hanging out and playing football, which he loves to do. Instead, he's having to sit at home with mom and dad," said his mother.

The school district caught wind of the problem about a week and a half ago. The sent out a letter to parents, warning them of the images from this apparent school yard game. "I know some girl was taking pictures of herself and sending it to multiple guys. Obviously, they've still got their picture on their phone because they are now getting in trouble," said Bethany Mitchell, a classmate.

So far only the 13-year-old boy has been arrested.

Girl, 15, Sends Nude Cell Phone Pics of Herself to Classmates, Now Faces Child Porn Charges - Licking County

We wondered when this would happen: a teenager takes naked pictures of themselves with their cell phone camera and then sends it to their friends who are also underage. Guess who's in trouble now? That's right, a 15-year-old girl--and possibly her friends--for possessing child pornography! And, if she's convicted, she would have to register as a sex offender for ten years.

This is the first time we've heard of this, but likely won't be the last. And, unfortunately, this had to happen in Licking County in Ohio. Here's more from Fox News:

The Licking Valley High School student was arrested Friday after school officials discovered the materials and brought in the school's resource officer for a police investigation. After spending the weekend incarcerated, she pleaded deny Monday to both charges: illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, a second-degree felony; and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

The child pornography charge for a convicted adult requires a Tier II sexual offender classification, but for a juvenile of this defendant's age, the judge has flexibility, said Jennifer Brindisi, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. "There's a part of juvenile section of Senate Bill 10 (Ohio's version of the federal Adam Walsh Act) that says if the child is a first-time offender and age 14 or 15 that the judge can decide not to make her register," she said.

State Rep. Jay Hottinger, R-Newark, wrote the state's Megan's Law bill, the predecessor of the Adam Walsh Act, and said this case was not something the legislature envisioned. "Clearly it was in an illegal act," he said Tuesday. "Clearly it was an unacceptable act, and there needs to be consequences from that, but we need to make sure the punishment is a reasonable punishment."

Licking County Prosecutor Ken Oswalt, who declined comment ahead of a written statement to be released today, had been visiting high schools in the county and educating teens on the consequences of such an action. Licking Valley High School was one of those stops.

According to Ohio law, 2907.323(A)(3) states anyone possessing material that shows a minor in a state of nudity is guilty of a fifth-degree felony. The violation also might qualify the juvenile as a Tier I sexual offender, which requires annual registration for a decade.

State police at Gettysburg said they responded to the Grove Mobile Home Park after receiving complaints that Gary M. Jones, 47, of 4820 Old Harrisburg Road, Lot 6, had left his mobile home naked and was yelling at neighbors on Aug. 1.
Dennis A. Hucks, Gary Kerns and Andrea R. Orndorff, who were at Lot 75, told police Jones came outside naked at about 9:40 p.m., said he knew karate and asked the men if they wanted to fight, according to court documents.

The review board also affirmed a finding that Erwin had touched the stripper inappropriately during the dances, saying it was not against the manifest weight of the evidence. Erwin had denied inappropriate touching, and the Tribune notes that a grand jury refused to indict him on a related charge. The woman, who is now a married real-estate agent, reportedly complained when Erwin credited her only $534 on a $7,000 legal bill. He had no prior disciplinary action and had been chair of the pro bono committee of the local bar.

Apparently someone called the cops after they saw a 50-year-old man, reportedly sitting in public view on a milk carton shirtless with his pants down around his ankles, while looking at an adult magazine and masturbating WHILE holding a beer in his other hand.
